WooCommerce
Order and shipping notifications, with no vendor in between.
What it does
The same order and shipping flows as Shopify, on the store you host yourself. It has the friendliest auth story here, because there is no vendor at all: no app store, no review, no partner programme.
Connecting it
WooCommerce’s own key handshake — one click on your site produces a read-write key. Nothing to submit to anyone.
What to know before you rely on it
- Your site has to be reachable
- Publicly reachable over HTTPS, with pretty permalinks on, or the REST API is not there to talk to. WooCommerce 3.5 or newer.
- Read-write, because creating a webhook is a write
- We would prefer a read-only key and cannot have one. If that is not acceptable, the fallback is that you create the webhooks by hand and we hold a read key.
- There is no abandoned-cart webhook in WooCommerce
- Core WooCommerce does not emit one, so abandoned-cart flows on Woo work differently from the Shopify version. Saying so beats shipping a flow that never fires.
